Opening Day Nears for Brand New Caesars Palace Bacchanal Buffet

There are plenty of great buffets in Las Vegas, but a new one that is just about to open may just take the cake. Well, the cake along with about 499 other menu items!

Yes, the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesar’s Palace is reported to have around 500 different food items. And it’s not just the menu that comes in an extra-large size, as the buffet itself spans some 40,000 square feet.

The Price of the Bacchanal Buffet

As reported by NBC, the Bacchanal Buffet will be on the higher end for Las Vegas buffets, as it costs $39.99 per person for dinner. But the amazing variety of extravagant dishes and special items will likely make up for the cost.

On a larger scale, the Bacchanal Buffet is a big bet for Caesar’s, as it cost a whopping $17 million to construct. A Japanese firm did the design work for the luxurious interior.

The big question remaining is whether or not the Bacchanal Buffet will sufficiently set itself apart from the other high-end Vegas buffets that already populate the strip and the surrounding areas. They too have a wide variety of gourmet menu items and a bevy of fresh ingredients.

Bacchanal Buffet Opening Day
